A skin care star is born and it’s called Beekman 1802
The recession of 2008 caused Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Prucell (a doctor and writer respectively) to lose their jobs. Meanwhile, their neighbours on the next farm found themselves in desperate need of a home for their 80 goats. Goat’s milk is also known for its soothing properties, helping to combat inflammation. Through his research, Ridge realised that this was something the skincare industry desperately needed, as many of the ingredients in beauty products are irritating.
