This may not shock you, but I absolutely love my Instant Pot – the ubiquitous kitchen marvel that does everything from pressure cooking to stirring yogurt. But what’s amazing is the variety of delicious dishes I use it for – soups, stews, curries, even cheesecakes – and the variety of add-ons I’ve outfitted it with to make it more of a multi-purpose powerhouse.
When you’re cooking multiple dishes at once, there are steamers for the simplest vegetables and extra pans. There’s even a baking tray sling for lasagna and more. Add-ons are often inexpensive and definitely worth it – they’ll enhance your Instant Pot experience and make the machine even more useful.
These stackable stainless steel inserts allow you to cook multiple foods at once. You get two lids: one with holes for steaming vegetables, rice, meat or fish, and a sealed top for baking, cooking, reheating or storing.

Why buy an Instant Pot, you ask?
First of all, it’s much faster than the “old” way: dishes that take all day in the slow cooker can be ready in minutes in the Instant Pot. This is especially important when I have a busy schedule and am too lazy to cook. With Instant Pot, preparing dinner has become so easy and fast that I’ve cut back on ordering takeout. As a result, I’m eating healthier.
