Raymour & Flanigan is an online store with in-person showrooms all over the country. So, you can shop online, or opt to go into a store and pick out your mattress personally. If you’re looking for convenience, then choose the online option. If you need to see and feel things before you shop, walk into a showroom and test out a few mattresses for yourself.
One thing we really like about Raymour & Flanigan is how easy it is to shop online. The store is very neatly organized into intuitive categories. You can also sort search results by price, product name, best sellers, and more. And best of all, Raymour & Flanigan has excellent filters. So, you can easily filter the results to find the type of mattress you want. Bottom line, it’s really simple to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Once you’ve chosen a mattress, you can pick it up in-store or have it delivered. If your order comes to $500 or more, you are eligible for free next-day delivery. Raymour & Flanigan also has a 45-day comfort guarantee. That means you can try out the mattress for 45 days and exchange it for another mattress if you aren’t happy with the results. This is not as good a guarantee as most mattress providers, which usually offer money-back guarantees. But it’s still something.
Delivery
Raymour & Flanigan has white-glove delivery service. Mattresses are generally delivered within three days of your order if you live in Connecticut, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Pennsylvania. Other states can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks, depending on your location. The good news is that if you purchase a mattress for $500 or more, you’ll qualify for free next-day shipping. That’s a big bonus.
When the mattress arrives, the delivery personnel will unpack and set up your mattress completely. They’ll also inspect the merchandise and remove the packaging. So, it’s full-service delivery. We like that. Raymour & Flanigan also offers free old mattress removal, another perk.
